no matter how hard i try not to think of it, it always bugs me. it’s like cancer threathening your life if you dont act on it. *sigh* . im so doomed!

anyway, let me tell you a little trivia about me…. i have as of now, this very minute, only 40 pesos in my wallet and 56 pesos in my ATM. pen told me that if my balance goes less than 100 pesos, PNB will take it away from me. imagine that! i will have to make do with 40 pesos until sweldo day! we had this silly argument 2 days ago and it seems that i won. hehehe , i still have my 56 pesos in my ATM. honestly, i dont know how it happened - that i am down to only 56 pesos in my ATM. i wasnt able to track my expenses this past few weeks. damn. remember i even wrote that here in LJ that i will try to spend less this new year… well, i guess that is what those to-do-lists are for - to break ‘em!

pen and me will be staying late tonight here at math, time check: 7:03pm. we plan to go home at around 10:30ish. she is avoiding this visiting professor currently living at the department’s house. she told me that he constantly bugs her to talk to her. well, we cant blame the taiwanese prof because he has literally no one to talk to. so pen is stuck to ‘entertaining’ him. i havent had the oppurtunity to talk with him and i think that will remain true until he leaves manila. . we already bought our dinner at aristocart an hour ago. we bought 2 rice, 2 fried chickens and 1 spaghetti for pen’s merienda later in the evening. we havent eaten yet though. pen is still working on her thesis computation while i surrender my thoughts tonight.

while i am in this mood of writing my thoughts here in LJ… we plan to watch Last Samurai tomorrow (if it is sweldo day). pen will be going home to pacita after a month here in diliman. so en route to their home tomorrow, we will try to watch the movie. maybe at megamall or robinsons. they are the most accessible place after the movie coz the buses are just in front of the malls. i already finished my class requirements so i will be basically free tomorrow. no class on math101, exam on math101 already done so is the exam in math14. i left the m14 exam to prof torrechante and i will pick it up tomorrow - or let someone else pick it up instead.

another good news for the day: the package i ordered from DATAQ already arrived yesterday and i gave it to ric this morning and we immediately tested it. it’s rather expensive - $1,092 just for the item itself. it’s a temperature acquisition device. basically, it’s a box where you plug in several wires and the other ends to the material you want to record heat. the temp range it can read is from -200-C to +1820-C! yups, that’s correct, i googled it just to be sure. so we are going to test if the theoretical heat equation is really true by doing an actual expriment.

that will be all for today.

see you again sometime kids!
