It’s always refreshing to see this dude write. he has a knack in writing articles (even his ex admits to this). I just finished reading his blog and when he writes, he really pours his thoughts. I cant even imagine him to be this good when we’re together in our inuman sessions.

I agree with you regarding our elections. Politics and showbusiness has crossed-over (much like the comics cross-over series - though in good way). Damn these actors/actresses wanting to serve the nation. Man, can’t they be contented with their own fame and would like to play the lives of the filipino people. This is not funny anymore. See, the problem is that pinoys are so uto-uto (as pen describes us). We are easily fooled with short-term things that amuse us. Telenovela, F4, noon-time shows… our world revolves around this actors and actresses. We make them richer and in return they make us poorer and dumber. Sheesh.

What’s the percentage of the filipino people that actually realizes this dillema? 1%? The educated people? What about the educated people but are still glued to their tv sets waiting patiently for Claudine’s new fanta-serye? Do they actually realize that they are being lured slowly to addiction? What about those rich people that watched the F4 concert here last year and paid a hefty sum to see those chinky eyed morons sing foreign songs? I say, we put an end to this show business fantasy and start realizing our real problems.

Now, these actors are capitalizing on this phenomenon to their advantage. They now suddenly would want to serve the nation. Ugh. How thick can one get? They say that GMA actually started campaigning for her presidential bid since she took oath. Heck, FPJ started campaigning when he started doing movies! Dammit. And Filipinos are voting for FPJ coz “he’s my idol”. Dammit! So, who’s cheating now? THEY ALL ARE!

I am not yet decided whom to vote this coming elections. I would like for Roco to win but he’s not doing well in the ratings/survey and I sincerely doubt he’ll win unless something big happens.. It’s a tight race between FPJ and GMA. I do not want FPJ to win so I am inclined to help GMA to win… but then again, I want Roco to win. Yes, that’s my current status.

Well, anyway, I hope that Filipino people realizes that we need somebody who knows what being a president is. And please do not let those oldies go back to the senate. We have enough of them. And lastly, do not let another Estrade in the senate. Remember that Loi is already there. Jinggoy in the senate is obviously power-hoarding.
