I really don’t know if I have the go signal to post the news here but then again, there is absolutely no way that you my friends will find out.
Pen will be undergoing surgery this Friday or Saturday. Apparently a cyst grew somewhere within her uterus area. The surgery is called myomectomy. Some of you may have seen her succumb to pain during her monthly cycle and we just found out that the cyst is causing the pain.
So, she will be confined in Asian Medical Hospital in Alabang starting Friday night. I think the surgery will be done on Saturday. She will have to stay there until Monday or Tuesday. Then homerest til the end of the year. No more work for her this December but she’s at the office today (Dec 6). And yes, no more gimiks with you guys. All planned gimiks and parties will have to be cancelled. Probably by Rheena & John’s and Cia & Ferdie’s wedding everything will be back to normal.

I bought 2 cds last Friday: Bamboo’s As The Music Plays & Parokya ni Edgar’s Inuman Session.
Been eyeing for those 2 cds eversince they came out. Though I already have the mp3s of the Bamboo CD, I really want to own an original copy of their album, not to mention that this album is the repackaged version which includes a second cd containing 3 music videos and 6 ‘new’ tracks. The PNE cd is now among my growing collection of Parokya’s album. I have all their albums safely stored in my room. 8)
The PNE Inuman Session cd is much like Nirvana’s Unplugged CD. It’s not really an accoustic session but more of a cozy recording with a Parokya twist. Jay of Kamikazee guests in the Okatokat track and also Francism singing the chorus part of Yes Yes Show and a bonus Kaleidescope World track. The Harana track also got a new verse with all new lyrics. Cool.
Bamboo’s CD rocks. Though I’ve heard all the songs in the albums, it’s always refreshing to listen to an original CD 
. The catch of this cd is it’s copy protection. The tracks are not in .cda format but in a compressed file named yucca.cds. But knowing geeks and rippers out there, for sure they have already found a way to rip the audio to mp3 and copy cd-to-cd. So much for copy protection.
And oh, might as well add the next paragraph in this post as well, I already have the first seven episodes of JOEY. This is the all new series of Joey Tribianni as a spinoff from the just conluded FRIENDS. Haven’t watched it yet though. The videos are xvid compressed and I will have to encode them back to mpeg so that I can watch it on TV.
