Pen & I went to Manila Zoo yesterday.
Sabi sa balita ni-renovate daw yung zoo pero mukhang ganun pa rin ang itsura. Nung huling punta ko dun ay elementary pa ako. The place was relatively clean but the people made the place more messy. Think of the jologs crowd roaming around.
I think the high light of the tour was when a python ate a live chicken. The girth of the python was bigger than my thigh. Katakot mapuluputan ng ahas na yun!. It was a painful slow death for the chicken I bet you. First the python coiled around the chicken. You could see the chicken struggling to be free and it’s feet kicking the air. Then both animals were still for sometime. Slowly, the big jaw of the snake swallowed the chicken whole. It was a very very slow process. You could see half of the chicken’s body still dangling outside the snake’s jaw for about 10 minutes. We didn’t see how the snake finished his meal as many people are crowding our space.
Let’s wait for the pictures Pen will upload. There were only a few shots as the battery died early. 
I’m liking WP 1.5 release. 
I have been scrounging for v1.5 themes but there’s not much in the web right now. So I picked the one style that I like and modified it to suit my taste. See my vain image up there? Hehe. It took some time to produce that image and hopefully my dear readers will like it. (I’m betting Ray would leave a comment bashing me or something).
