Last year we were on holiday from holy wednesday until easter sunday.
This year, our off is from maundy thursday until easter sunday. So we just have 2 free days this year. Oh well. Better make the most out of it. By most I mean sleeping it off. Hehe.
I’ve nowhere to go this year. 2003 we were at Anilao, 2004 I am at Sta. Rosa, 2005 AJ will be at Marikina. I’ll probably be on a DVD marathon. We have some DVD’s lined up for the week: Master and Commander, Million Dollar Baby, Fisher King, Seven, Windstruck, and umm… (forgot the other titles just now). Anyway, this is the perfect time to watch DVDs as there will be no telenovelas and koreanovelas during primetime. The TV is all mine. Too bad, Pen has the PS2 for the week.
And by the way, do your part in observing the holy week ok? 
Didn’t even bother to watch the whole fight on the local channel.
News just spread too quickly. People with cable or internet or even radio access got hold of the news first. May unanimous decision na, last round pa lang nung undercard fight bago sina Pacquiao. Bad trip talaga itong channel 9. Kaya nakakawalang ganang manuod ng ‘live’ telecast sa local channel. If Pacquio had one, I definitely would like to know how he beat the crap out of Morales. Sayang talaga.
I was at Pacita that time. I knew that even if Channel 9 advertised the fight will start at 10am, it would really start at about 12-1pm. But to air the fight at 2:30?! Man, that was pushing the limit. Pen and I alternated switching the TV from Ocean’s 12 to Channel 9 hoping not to miss the first bell. We finished Ocean’s 12 and still the fight is not on. Played Tekken5 while waiting for the figth and by that time, news is already spreading. I got the news from Pen’s dad who is listening over the radio. 12 rounds, PacMan cuts his head at the 5th round from a head butt and a unanimous decision with 115-113 score from each judge favoring Morales.
Pocketbook List
Last night, I made a list of our growing pocketbook collection (mine and pen) currently piled in my bedroom. Tutal sinipag na kong maglista, binalot ko na rin sila ng plastic cover kagabi. Ayun, sumakit ang likod ko.

Apparently, I have 50 Gmail invites and since I have 2 Gmail accounts, I have a hundred Gmail invites all in all. So now my problem is what to do with these 100 Gmail invites. I used to have 6 for each account and I have given them away to my friends.

Went last Saturday night to Narda’s album launch. My officemate is the guitarist of the band. Parating nangungumbida yun sa mga gigs nila. Di ko na pinalampas itong album launch nila at tutal sa may Galleria lang naman yung lugar.
Astig yung mga kanta nila kaso malapit ata kami masyado sa mga speakers kaya sumakit tenga ko. Hehe

Been meaning to post this image but it seems I have putting it off. Anyway, here is Sherwin partaking the Lembas bread from Rheena’s wedding. Well, you should know that a Lembas bread is an Elf-bread from the LOTR movies… (One small bite is enough to fill a full grown man).
At Rheena’s wedding, there was this huge monay bread at each table. Since we were all hungry that time (and figured out that dinner will be served late), inupakan na namin yung monay. As Sherwin is the most gutom of us all, he initiated the cutting of the huge monay and gave us our shares - ala last supper hehe.

Pen and I are in the process of finalizing the look of our common blog. This inflection will still be up as with her blabber though.
